USE OF GFS DEVICE REQUIRES ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS WELL AS READING AND UNDERSTANDING THE DISCLAIMERS AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH THE DISCLAIMERS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

THE GFS KIT Comes WITH A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.  PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE PRIOR TO MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. SEE DETAILS BELOW. CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN A MINIMUM $USD20.00 ADMINSTRATION FEE PLUS ANY OTHER FEES & CHARGES THAT PLATIGO CORPORATION HAS INCURRED IN MANAGING YOUR ORDER.

THE GOODS MUST BE IN A REUSABLE CONDITION AND MAY ONLY BE RETURNED IF UNUSED. DUE TO HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT OPENED OR USED GOODS.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE GFS KIT IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT THE USABILITY OR METHODOLOGY REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY USE THE KIT.

Ordering and prices:

To order a product you will need to follow the procedure clearly explained on the order page. By clicking on the 'Proceed' button on the Order form you are consenting to our Terms and Conditions.

Prices listed are in United States Dollars ($) (UNLESS OTHERWSIE STATED) and ARE NOT inclusive of Delivery costs. Prices do not include import taxes or other taxes payable on entry to your country. These costs are your responsibility.

Payment:

Payment is usually by credit or debit card and is taken when the order is placed. This is to protect us from card fraud. Payments are processed through PayPal and you agree to accept their terms and conditions if you use this service.

No other payment methods are acceptable ( that is we do not accept payment via groups like Western Union , cheque or bank transfer). You will be FULLY  responsible for any costs of transferring funds, and any additional costs that we incur to clear your payment if such cost arise.

Delivery:

Cost of delivery is not included in our prices except where expressly stated in the website. Goods are shipped by airmail from our warehouse in Australia. Delivery usually takes between FIVE and THIRTY days however we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery for any reason whatsoever. If you require additional items to increase the life of the kit, we reserve the right to charge a fee for postage, handling and administration over and above the price of the item you have ordered.

Cancellations and returns:

We offer a 60 day LIMITED guarantee.

If you return a product that is defective or damaged, we will replace the product but we will NOT refund the cost of postage in transit.

Refunds :

Refunds will be processed within 90 days. Where exchange rates of currency are involved, the refund will be made in $USD at the current exchange rate as determined by us. We do not accept responsibility for any loss or gain caused by changes in the exchange rate between the time of ordering and the time of issuing the refund.

You may return your UNUSED products at any time within a 60 day period commencing on the date of receipt of your order. You must however, provide a written explanation in English as to the reason for the return and you must also confirm that you sort the advice of a competent medical professional to provide advice as to the correct use of the GFS prior to us accepting your returned goods. On receipt of the complete product and written advice as required (see above) we will arrange for a refund covering the cost of the GFS BALLOON ASSEMBLY ONLY, using a payment mechanism of our choice. We will not refund the cost of postage to our reception centre or any other centre under any circumstances.

Refunds issued due to cancellation where the goods have not been posted will be subject to an ADMINISTRATION FEE of $USD 20.00 plus any fees imposed by Pay pal (OR OTHER BODIES) for all transactions associated with the refund cancellation. This ADMINISTRATION FEE and Recovery of Pay Pal AND OTHER fees is non negotiable.

Comments and complaints:

Please use the contact form ON THE WEBSITE  if you need to make comments or complaints and to provide the required written advice for a refund. We will investigate any issues promptly and will respond using email. The refund will cover the cost of the GFS BALLOON ASSEMBLY ONLY and does not include, postage, handling and administrative costs to us. The postage, handling and administrative costs MAY BE AS MUCH AS 45 percent of the sale price. We will normally provide a refund of up to 55 percent of the purchase price. You agree WITH LIMITATION that our decision on how much to refund is binding on you and at our discretion AT ALL TIMES.

If you have any doubts AS to who (which entity) you are actually entering into an agreement with you must not order the GFS OR ASSOCAITED PRODUCTS  until you have satisfied yourself of the actual entity you are entering into an agreement with. You also warrant and represent that you will at all times indemnify Platigo Corporation Pty. Ltd. against any claims you MAY MAKE FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT ONLY WHERE TO DO SO WOULD BE UNLAWFULL. . You also agree and acknowledge that  YOU HAVE FULLY, THOUGHTFULLY AND CAREFULLY READ ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICE SOFFERRED BY PLATIGO CORPORATION PTY. 2) You do not have a current infection on or around the penis or foreskin

3) You have not had an infection of, or on, or near the penis or foreskin in the past 5 (five) years

4) You have familiarized yourself with the medical knowledge associated with the stretching of the foreskin and have satisfied yourself that gentle and gradual foreskin stretching is appropriate for you and your condition and have a competent doctors advice supporting your decision

5) You must notify your doctor immediately you feel any pain, swelling, tenderness, discomfort or any other changes that are not normal or usual and this notification must occur within 2 hours of the changes being noticed by you

6) You will contact an emergency medical professional as soon as you feel unwell at anytime during the use of the GFS

7) You cease to use the GFS if at any time you have any doubts about the device or the impact it is having on you in any way

8) You must always practice safe sex and you must not allow anyone to have sexual contact with you during the period of time you are using the GFS unless a doctor specifically permits you to do so.

9) You indemnify Platigo Corporation Pty. Ltd. against any claims for damages arising from the use of the GFS of any kind without exception whatsoever. WHERE THE STATUTES LIMITS THIS INDEMNITY THEN YOU AGREE TO DO, SAY, SIGN AND EXECUTE ALL SUCH ACTIONS,THINGS, DOCUMENTS, DEEDS, OR AGREEMENTS TO LEGALLY LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF PLATIGO COPRORATION PTY. LTD. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10) You agree to cease using the GFS as soon as you cease to adhere to these conditions.

11) You must not share the GFS with any other person without exception whatsoever

12) You agree to be bound by any other reasonable conditions that PLATIGO CORPORATION requires of you or as directed by the principals distributor OR OTHER APPROVED AGENT.

13) You agree to keep your address details up to date with the Distributor FOR ANY REASON, AS WELL AS FOR  in the event that regulatory authorities require the principal or distributor to contact you.

14) You must contact your doctor prior to using the GFS and notify your doctor of your intent to use the GFS and gain your doctors approval to use the GFS. PLATIGO CORPORATION DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS. ALL INFORMATION ISSUED BY PLATIGO IS GENRAL BY NATURE AND NOT FOR YOUR SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCE.

15) If you have had an allergy or reaction of any kind or any intensity to any product, chemical, protein, or other substance in the past 7 years without exception whatsoever (EG, but not limited to: latex, corn flour, starch, alcohol, steroids, jells, irrigants etc.)  you must NOT EVER use the GFS in way whatsoever without exception.

16) You agree that a reference to the singular also refers to the plural and vice versa.

17) You agree that if any condition or clause found to be unlawful or unenforceable then that fact will not interfere with any other clause of condition. AND YOU AGREE TO DO, SAY, SIGN AND EXECUTE ALL SUCH ACTIONS,THINGS, DOCUMENTS, DEEDS, OR AGREEMENTS TO LEGALLY PERMIT PLATIGO COPPORATION TO MAXIMISE ITS RIGHTS AS INTENDED BY ANY TERMS OR CONDITIONS IN THIS CONTRACT.

18) You understand that testimonials are issued on the basis that the name and location of the provider has been changed to ensure Platigo Corporation does not breach it’s privacy policy. The message and the intent has not been altered.  Testimonials are provided to PLATIGO CORPORATION and PLATIGO CORPORATION does not check the accuracy or bona fides of each and every testimonial. You must not rely on a testimonial when making your decision to purchase a GFS device.
